A word from the founder ...

I'm Liliana Modoi, and I founded LCMS Excel Education in July 2022. My leadership skills, experience and knowledge have been developed over 12 years of working within the education sector (public and private).

I am a quality orientated professional and through my career, I have successfully improved OFSTED and ESTYN ratings across all education services, with a portfolio of 100% Good and Outstanding schools.  I enjoy helping schools drive improvement throughout their school, whether it's through coaching teachers and senior leaders, planning and delivering bespoke staff training packages, or advising on curriculum development, planning and quality assurance.

I wanted to use my vast experience to advise others on ways in which they can improve and progress within their educational settings.
